Strategic Plan Platform for
St Augustine’s College

The St Augustine’s College Strategic Plan emphasises Catholic and Augustinian values, supporting student growth, community engagement, academic excellence, and sustainability. It prioritises resilience and development through strategic actions in education, governance, and capacity building, encouraging collaboration among staff, students, parents, board members, leadership, and alumni for ongoing improvement.

Objective

St Augustine’s College aimed to create a dynamic platform to report on its strategic intent, mission, and vision while fostering ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Design Approach

As a product designer, I emphasised a user-centric design highlighting accessibility, clear navigation, and interactive elements to make engagement seamless. Stakeholder input was integrated from early wireframes to final mockups, ensuring the platform embodied the college's ethos.

Development

The platform was designed for intuitive content updates, focusing on showcasing milestones and contributions from staff, students, board, leadership, alumni and parents. Modular components facilitated storytelling and updates aligned with strategic goals.

Outcome

The platform launched as a hub for community interaction and strategic transparency, boosting stakeholder engagement and reinforcing the college’s commitment to educational growth and shared values. This comprehensive digital solution allowed for active participation and real-time updates, ensuring the strategy remained visible and actionable throughout its lifecycle.
